Two strangers headed from Salt Lake City to Baltimore – one a surgeon who has to perform an operation, the other a photojournalist who’s about to get married – hail a chartered flight together after their initial travel plans fall through. Unfortunately, they end up stranded on a remote snowy mountain when their plane crashes, and once they realize no one is coming to rescue them, they embark on a terrifying journey across hundreds of miles of wilderness, pushing one another to endure.
