Senior Crew (Volunteers)
Volunteers have been the backbone of the Backdoor Theatre. Evening Shifts start at 6:15 p.m. and work before the movie. They help run the concession stand and the projector. When the movie starts they get 2 snacks and get to watch the movie. After the movie is over they help clean the theatre.

Youth Crew (Employees)
The Youth Crew is availabe for individuals age 16 to 25. The intent of the program is to offer opporutities to Nederland area teens and young adults.
Starting September 1, 2023 the Employees fill various roles at the Backdoor Theatre. Employees have a set of task based on their role. Generally employees are working during events and are responsible for the safe and enjoyable view of our patrons.
Concessions and/or Popper – 2 hours at $20 per hour = $40 per shift
Projections – 2 hours at $25 per hour = $50 per shift
Web Design – 2 hours at $25 per hour = $50 per shift
Base Hourly rate – $20 per hour
